We're offering virtual yoga sessions for all of us who are staying home to minimise the spread of Covid-19.

Yoga is a wonderful practice that can support us during these challenging times.

We are here to support each other. Therefore we make this disclaimer very clearly. The practice of yoga is about developing our awareness and among other principles, the practice of ahimsa - non violence.

Talk to the teacher before the class about any reoccurring or new issues that may affect your practice so we can offer extra guidance. To discuss this phone us on 5441 7566 or 04222 68975, 20 - 30 minutes before the class starts.
