Monday 8-8.30 pm Chakra Dharana Meditation
with Sarasvati and Pavitra
In this Level 6 meditation of Yoga in Daily Life, guiding your consciousness through four chakras (Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddhi and Agya), you will activate the energy of these chakras, purify your inner qualities, and become free from problems and worries, growing the wisdom and goodness in your heart and embodying the feeling of oneness with the Divine.
Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm Beginners Meditation & Pranayama Class for Inner Stillness
with Swami Dayalpuri
For relaxation and inner stillness. Levels 1 and 2 of the Yoga in Daily Life system. Both pranayama and meditation. With Swami Dayalpuri.
Wednesday 6-7pm Beginners Meditation & Pranayama Class for Inner Stillness
with Madhu
For relaxation and inner stillness. Progressing gradually through Beginners levels (1 and 2) of the Yoga in Daily Life system. Both pranayama and meditation. With Madhu.
Thursday 7:30-8.30pm Meditation Club
with MM Swami Jasraj Puri
This program is open to experienced meditators who wish to extend their practice.
By exploring the meditation techniques of Yoga in Daily Life and reflecting on the rich history of yoga’s meditative traditions, the meditation club is a chance to enhance and develop meditation practice.
Friday 7-8 pm Philosophy & Meditation
with Swami Gopal Puri
Give yourself an ideal closure of the work week with the ongoing weekly exploration of yogic philosophy combined with a guided meditation/contemplation practice.

A morning meditation to start your day calm, peaceful and balanced. With MM Swami Jasraj Puri.
The Meditation Pass for the whole 11 weeks gives you unlimited access to all these classes for $300, paid in advance or $120 over 3 monthly instalments.
Or attend casually $20 per session or using your class pass to supplement your regular practise at the Maroochydore Yoga studio.
