6.30pm Evening at Yoga in Daily Life Maroochydore

SATURDAY 15 June in Kureelpa

Program

8.00 – 10.00am:  Morning Chanting & Meditation & Yoga class (suitable for all levels)

10 am:  Chai/herbal tea and something to snack

10.30am-12.30pm: Nada Yoga workshop Part 1

12.30 -3.30 pm: Lunch, cleaning up, preparation for dinner, cooking class, free time

3.30-5.00pm:  Yoga Nidra with flute & Om Meditation

6pm:  Dinner & evening chanting (can be attended as an individual program, cost $30)

7-8.30pm: Evening Chanting – Satsang

SUNDAY 16 June in Kureelpa

8.00 – 10.00am:  Morning Chanting & Meditation & Yoga class (suitable for all levels)

10 am:  Chai/herbal tea and something to snack

10.30am-12pm: Nada Yoga workshop Part 2

12.30 -1.30 pm:  Lunch

1.30pm- Cleaning and short wrap with possible Q & A if people are interested
